Campground is secured with gated key card access and is on Highway 11W and within 15 minutes of Rogersville and 40-45 minutes of knoxville or Kingsport. This campground is family oriented and owner does not allow drinking out in campground. Camper is 31' 2000 Holiday Alumnascape with 14' slide and 12x32 covered deck that has lots of cabinets for storage, sink, side-by-side refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave all on the deck plus complete set-up inside. Has everything you will need to be ready to start camping this Spring. Rent is paid through April 30, 2012 and is $1,300 per year plus approximately $40 per year for water.
